Lara Bekhazi (INSEAD), Horacio Falcao (INSEAD), Eric Luis Uhlmann (INSEAD), and myself (Martin Schweinsberg, ESMT Berlin) wrote this negotiation exercise between a dual career couple who try to agree on how they can best thrive in their professional and personal lives.
